If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with a Product you bought on the Site, it is possible to return it for refund within 30 days from the date you received it unless otherwise indicated in the Product listing. Returns are not accepted on special orders and clearance items except when they are found defective, in which case the Product may be repaired or replaced at the Vendor’s discretion. 20% Restocking fees may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same Product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
