The Waveshare Solar Power Manager (D) for 6-24V Panels, Type-C Power Adapter, 5V/3A is expertly crafted to accommodate 6V to 24V solar panels. It is capable of charging a 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery either through the solar panel or a Type-C connector. This module is equipped with a 5V/3A regulated output that is compatible with multiple protocols including PD, QC, FCP, PE, and SFCP, ensuring a wide range of device support. The inclusion of the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) function and multiple protection circuits allows the module to operate with high efficiency, stability, and safety, making it an ideal choice for solar-powered, low-power Internet of Things (IoT), and other environmental protection projects.
The module supports solar panel charging through a DC-002 jack or screw terminal, which self-adapts to the input voltage and includes input anti-reverse protection. Additionally, it can be charged via a Type-C connector using a 5V power adapter. The module also features a variety of LED indicators to monitor the status of the solar panel and batteries. The protection circuits integrated into the module prevent over-charge, over-discharge, overheating, and over-current, ensuring stable and safe usage.
The power output is provided through a screw terminal, delivering 5V/3A. Battery interfaces are available for connecting a 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery via a screw terminal or a PH2.0 4P connector. The module incorporates a USB power management chip, SW6106, for USB charging and 5V/3A boost output, as well as a solar power management chip, CN3791, for solar panel charging and buck input. The XB8886A chip provides over-charge and over-discharge protection for the lithium battery. Battery capacity indicators light up during charging or when under load connection and will turn off after 30 seconds if no load is connected. Solar panel charging indicators display the charging status and when the battery is fully charged by the solar panel.

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with a Product you bought on the Site, it is possible to return it for refund within 30 days from the date you received it unless otherwise indicated in the Product listing. You must first advise the Vendor associated with your order in your account to obtain a return authorization (‘’RA’’) number before returning a Product. (‘’RA’’) numbers are valid for 30 days, within which time the returned Products should be received by the Vendor. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an (‘’RA’’) number. The Product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and your (‘’RA’’) number. Reimbursement will be denied for any Products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.
Build-it-yourself Robot Parts are not refundable once assembled. Robots & Kits requiring assembly or soldering are also not refundable once assembled, soldered or modified in any way. All sales of robotic software and apps are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns are not accepted on special orders and clearance items except when they are found defective, in which case the Product may be repaired or replaced at the Vendor’s discretion. 20% Restocking fees may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same Product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the Product (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the cost of returning the Product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Cleaning fees of USD 100 may also be charged if a domestic robot is returned and has not been properly cleaned.
