Description

  • ServoCity Shark-4 Servo Gearbox (0.56 Sec/60°, 18 rpm, 1888 Oz-in Torque, 630° Rotation)
  • Delivers 1888 Oz-in torque with precision
  • Supports wide 630° rotation range
  • Offers versatile mounting via M4 threads
  • Compatible with R/C, Arduino, Raspberry Pi
  • Features robust steel hub-shaft

The ServoCity Shark-4 Servo Gearbox (0.56 Sec/60°, 18 rpm, 1888 Oz-in Torque, 630° Rotation) is engineered to deliver enhanced torque and precision through its 4:1 external gear ratio, driven by the Hitec HSR-M9382TH brushless, titanium geared servo. This design isolates the load to a robust steel hub-shaft supported by ball bearings, safeguarding the servo from axial loads. The gearbox is compatible with the goBILDA® system, offering versatile mounting options via M4 threaded holes on a grid pattern. The hub features an 8mm REX bore, suitable for driving an 8mm REX shaft or serving as a wire pass-through. This servo gearbox functions similarly to a standard servo but with increased range and torque, maintaining identical control signals. It can connect to various controllers such as R/C receivers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or REV controllers, and remains FTC legal due to its unmodified servo. Available in both feedback and continuous modes, the gearbox allows for mode toggling using a DPC-11 servo programmer.
