The Pololu 9V, 1A Step-Down Voltage Regulator D24V10F9 efficiently converts higher input voltages up to 36 V to a stable 9 V output. It employs a synchronous buck regulator, achieving efficiencies between 80% and 93%, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The regulator features a power-save mode for light loads and a low quiescent current draw. It includes short-circuit and over-current protection, as well as thermal shutdown to prevent overheating. Note: The board lacks reverse-voltage protection.
