The PLH3D-XT8 45W Cutting & Engraving Laser Head is a high-performance laser head designed to enhance CNC machines with advanced cutting and engraving capabilities. Developed by Opt Lasers, a leader in laser head technology, this device incorporates patented multi-laser diode technology, ensuring exceptional precision and performance. The laser head is engineered to provide a remarkable focus depth and extended beam waist, allowing for single-pass cutting and reducing the need for frequent adjustments. This feature significantly accelerates the workflow, making it ideal for both artistic and industrial applications.
The PLH3D-XT8 is equipped with a laser spot size of less than 200 micrometers, enabling precise detailing and the ability to cut through materials such as 15 mm wood with ease. Users can switch between grayscale engraving at 50% power and full-power cutting at 100%, adapting swiftly to various materials and tasks. An integrated air-assist nozzle enhances cutting efficiency, offering up to six times faster cutting speeds while minimizing heat-related damage to the materials being processed.
The laser head features a copper heatpipe heatsink, which provides optimal cooling performance and extends the device's longevity by efficiently dissipating heat. Operational safety is prioritized with a signaling LED that indicates the laser's armed status and provides overheating alerts, ensuring proper temperature management. The device's robust full-metal body offers durable protection, contributing to its extended lifespan.
A standout feature of the PLH3D-XT8 is its built-in superfast laser diode driver, which ensures precise engraving and reliable results. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with a Product you bought on the Site, it is possible to return it for refund within 30 days from the date you received it unless otherwise indicated in the Product listing. You must first advise the Vendor associated with your order in your account to obtain a return authorization (‘’RA’’) number before returning a Product. (‘’RA’’) numbers are valid for 30 days, within which time the returned Products should be received by the Vendor. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an (‘’RA’’) number. The Product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and your (‘’RA’’) number. Reimbursement will be denied for any Products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.
Build-it-yourself Robot Parts are not refundable once assembled. Robots & Kits requiring assembly or soldering are also not refundable once assembled, soldered or modified in any way. All sales of robotic software and apps are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns are not accepted on special orders and clearance items except when they are found defective, in which case the Product may be repaired or replaced at the Vendor’s discretion. 20% Restocking fees may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same Product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the Product (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the cost of returning the Product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Cleaning fees of USD 100 may also be charged if a domestic robot is returned and has not been properly cleaned.
