The Oside Robotics 4WD S Carbon Fiber Platform featuring larger wheels is designed to be easily customizable and ready to operate out of the box within minutes. It has a low profile, allowing it to fit easily underneath vehicles, buildings, or in pipelines. This makes it ideal for crawl or hostile environment inspections.
The carbon fiber frame and its components have been CNC machined to ensure an ideal fit. Carbon Fiber panels make the platform extremely durable and lightweight at the same time. Each panel is replaceable and upgradable.
With two 4S 5500mAh powerful LiPo batteries, the platform can operate for a significant amount of time before needing to be charged again. The batteries are charged externally through waterproof connectors but can also be accessed by removing the top panel. These hard case LiPo batteries are designed to withstand vibrations and rough use, making them less prone to failure. Batteries and all components are securely attached to the platform body, preventing any rattling or loosening.
The platform offers exceptional control thanks to its skid steering and grippy tires. This setup is perfectly paired with the four powerful gear motors, making it ready to conquer any terrain. The wheels are directly mounted and secured onto the motor shaft adapter. The platform chassis is designed for two-sided driving, with a ground clearance of 2 1/4 inches on the bottom and 2 inch on the top. This clearance ensures the body maintains a safe distance from the ground on both sides.
To ensure the platform's safety, the transmitter comes with a programmed safety switch that needs to be released before use. The main power switches on the platform are equipped with red LED rings, indicating when the platform is powered ON.
All lights on the platform can be turned ON with a press of a switch, and they are brighter than most flashlights. This ensures that you will never lose orientation of which direction the platform is facing.
When Reverse Steering is activated through a dedicated switch on the controller, it makes the platform controls operate as if the back were the front. This is especially useful when filming objects behind but going forward or controlling the platform when flipped.
Dual Battery Monitoring: Track the voltage of each battery individually, providing accurate battery status assessment with Multi-level Audible Alerts: Audio alerts for different battery levels.

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with a Product you bought on the Site, it is possible to return it for refund within 30 days from the date you received it unless otherwise indicated in the Product listing. You must first advise the Vendor associated with your order in your account to obtain a return authorization (‘’RA’’) number before returning a Product. (‘’RA’’) numbers are valid for 30 days, within which time the returned Products should be received by the Vendor. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an (‘’RA’’) number. The Product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and your (‘’RA’’) number. Reimbursement will be denied for any Products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.
Build-it-yourself Robot Parts are not refundable once assembled. Robots & Kits requiring assembly or soldering are also not refundable once assembled, soldered or modified in any way. All sales of robotic software and apps are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns are not accepted on special orders and clearance items except when they are found defective, in which case the Product may be repaired or replaced at the Vendor’s discretion. 20% Restocking fees may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same Product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the Product (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the cost of returning the Product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Cleaning fees of USD 100 may also be charged if a domestic robot is returned and has not been properly cleaned.
