The RI60 KV120 Frameless Motor w/ High Torque Density offers strong dynamic performance and delicate work. It has a lower cogging torque and runs with low noise. Hand winding allows for delicate performance, while the 0.5mm clearance on the edge of the stator ensures better installation. Excellent copper fill factor meets high torque density and dynamics requirements. The rotor is heightened by 2mm, which is helpful when installing the hall sensor. The curved permanent magnet BEMF Sinus motor design is easy to control. This motor is suitable for use in environments ranging from 40degC to 85degC. High resolution, high precision control with 0.01 degree accuracy is available with encoders from Renishaw, Sick, and other high precision encoder brands. This motor is suitable for use in exoskeleton, medical equipment, aerospace, and cobot arm applications.
