- Motor features include low noise, long life, adjustable speed, with brake, and speed feedback signal
- The brushless motor is controlled by frequency conversion technology, which is more energy efficient than carbon brush motors
- Direction of rotation of the motor can be either clockwise or counterclockwise, and supports reverse
- All metal gears promote smooth running of the motor, increasing wear resistance and extending motor life
- Pure copper coil is used in the rotor, providing high conductivity and temperature resistance
The 25mm 24V 24RPM Brushless DC Gear Motor (JGA25 2418) is composed of a brushless high-speed motor and a gearbox. It has a life span that is approximately 10 times that of a brushed motor, thus greatly reducing maintenance costs. If the load of the project does not exceed the rated torque of the motor, it is ideal for use in smart devices that require long life.
This motor is notable for its full metal gears, long life, stable and reliable performance, low noise, support for reverse, pulse signal output, PWM speed regulation, and lack of sparks when running. It is also equipped with overcurrent and stall overload protection.
It is available in two rated voltages: DC 12V and DC 24V. For DC 12V, the no load speed options are 8.5rpm, 11rpm, 19rpm, 25rpm, 42rpm, 55rpm, 93rpm, 122rpm, 204rpm, 453rpm, and 990rpm, with rated torque ranging from 0.03 to 4 Kg.cm and stall torque ranging from 0.2 to 24KG. For DC 24V, the no load speed options are 17.5rpm, 23rpm, 38rpm, 50rpm, 85rpm, 111rpm, 186rpm, 245rpm, 408rpm, 900rpm, and 1977rpm, with rated torque ranging from 0.15 to 16.5 Kg.cm and stall torque ranging from 0.6 to 24KG. It is recommended that the load of the project does not exceed the rated torque.
The motor supports both clockwise (CW) and counterclockwise (CCW) rotation, and can be reversed. It has a D-type shaft, and all dimensions are outlined in the size chart. The speed of the motor can be adjusted using a speed controller, and the motor and speed controller are sold in combination.
The motor is powered by DC and is safe to use; experiments have proven that the motor voltage is lower than 36V without any danger. It is suitable for a variety of micro automation equipment, as long as the motor voltage and torque are suitable for the voltage and load of the project.
