The Handheld Gaming System PiBoy XRS is a horizontally oriented handheld gaming system, powered by Raspberry Pi4. This unique device is specifically designed to facilitate hacking, modding, and upgrades. Unlike conventional retro game systems, the PiBoy XRS employs the DPI mode of the Raspberry Pi, enabling games to operate at frame rates as high as 60fps without compromising the performance of the Raspberry Pi.

The PiBoy XRS is equipped with a silent cooling fan and an integrated heat sink, which simplifies the overclocking process of the Pi4. The gaming system features an accurate D-pad, two analog joysticks, and eight buttons for gameplay, along with dedicated buttons for Select, Start, and Menu functions. It is designed to fully manage the Raspberry Pi4, providing active cooling and ensuring safe shutdowns.

The device measures 162 x 93 x 36 mm and is compatible with Raspberry Pi 4. It is powered by a LiPo 5600 mAh battery.
